Canon Amiel Osmaston,\u00a0 <\/strong><em>Ministry Development Officer, Diocese of Carlisle,<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We are planning a series of &#8220;<strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Developing Healing Ministry<\/span><\/strong>&#8221; Training Days across the Diocese.
